Program ini telah berlangsung pada 4 hingga 6 Februari yang lepas di Pusat Kokurikulum Induk Kuala Berang. Pelbagai jenis ujian telah dijalankan antaranya berenang, berlari dan ujian-ujian kecergasan bagi memastikan kesediaan jurulatih untuk menghadapi tugasan pada tahun 2010. Syabas diucapkan kepada semua jurulatih terutamanya Ketua Unit PKK En Mohd Shariff yang masih " maintain" tahap kecergasan mereka. Semoga slogan Pusat Kokurikulum Terengganu" Sihat.
